Take a break from the daily grind and learn techniques to bring mindfulness into your daily life. Beginning with practicing mindfulness on the meditation cushion, this getaway will introduce you to the breadth of possibility in applying mindfulness to every aspect of your life. The retreat will include activities such as mindfulness practice instruction, mindful hiking, and mindful eating. There will be plenty of time to relax, get a massage, explore the pristine natural wilderness and converse with new friends over healthy meals.
