- $5.00 – I struggle to meet some of my basic needs and I do not have any savings

This morning program will give instructions on Shamatha, the practice of calm abiding from the Buddhist tradition. The retreat will provide simple easy instruction to help start your day well. It will also provide simple practical advice that you can take away and bring into your daily life and practice, with the aim of developing resilience, stability, and present mind responses to the challenges we face.
The time will alternate between sitting and walking and Q&A. Have a quiet space. You are allowed to have your screen off to avoid burnout.
