Join us for a transformational weekend of creativity and spiritual awakening. The days will include dynamic meditations, innovative writing exercises, and fun movement experiences, all designed to open you up to your true creative nature! In this extraordinary workshop, you will experience. . .

  • Powerful writing skills and innovative prompts.
  • Effective ways to overcome creative blocks and hindrances.
  • Time to write and to explore a deeper level of personal creativity.
  • Creative wisdom, insight, peace of mind and heart.
  • Meaningful connection and support in creative community.

The practice of writing is an exploration of consciousness, a practice toward deeper self-awareness that moves us along the path of awakening to our true nature. Many of our greatest spiritual teachers from around the world were, and are, writers. From Sappho in the 7th century BCE to Pema Chödrön, from Rumi in the 13th century to Thomas Merton, Jack Kornfield, and the Dalai Lama—the written word has the power not only to inspire, but also to awaken the very best in the human heart.

Benefits that ALL participants will receive:
-A copy of Albert’s book from Sounds True: Writing as a Path to Awakening
-A post-retreat 30-minute private coaching/strategy call on anything related to writing, creativity, meditation, mindfulness, or publishing (NEW students only)

Live Zoom portions of this program will be recorded, and participants will have access to review the recordings for 30 days after the program ends.
