Are you feeling out of tune? Looking for balance? Do you long to practice with others, pause and reflect, connect with your body’s own wisdom? The pairing of meditation with Yoga is lively, intimate and generous. During this June retreat you’ll release tension with grounded lyrical sequences that develop heart, strength and resilience from the inside. Addressing the whole person, we’ll call on movement influenced from Hatha, Gentle Flow, Yin, & Restorative Yoga. You’ll practice the four postures of meditation, participate in small group discussions, and a little writing.

Feel free, whole and good.
