Join international bestselling author Blake D. Bauer for a weekend that will offer you a safe environment to address your core fears, transform negative thinking, and find clarity around how to shape the life and health you want. The retreat will offer connection and support while you heal your habits of self-harm and self-betrayal during this unprecedented time.

Throughout the program, you will discover why suffering such as anxiety, depression, addiction, illness, and relationship problems are logical cries from your body, soul, and subconscious mind asking you to finally value, accept, forgive, honor, and be true to yourself in the present. Now more than ever we need to understand exactly how to find our center and how to care for our mental and emotional health in very grounded and practical ways.

The weekend will also include mindfulness meditation and qi gong healing exercises designed to unlock the stuck energy, blood, and emotion that is keeping you unhappy, sick, or trapped. It will help you understand how to stop hurting yourself, how to trust yourself, how to feel worthy, and how to finally enjoy your life without regret and without feeling guilty for wanting to be happy, well, and loved.

Registration and Attendance

All sessions for this retreat are mandatory. Please only register if you can attend the entire program. Registration closes two hours before the beginning of the program.

Attendance is limited to 50 participants, so please register ASAP to ensure your spot.

Attending with Others

If family members and friends would like to attend, they need to register separately so that they have their own spot in the retreat. Out of respect for the program and the privacy of other guests, please do not allow anyone to listen in on the retreat sessions.

If you register two spaces in the retreat, one for yourself and one for your partner/spouse/child, each person will need their own computer or tablet. There will be a couple of exercises where you will partner up with another guest and you cannot partner with your significant other or family member. If you only have one computer/tablet, please be prepared with ZOOM on your smartphone, so that when one person needs to find a private space, away from a partner/spouse/child, this will be easy to do and you will be prepared.


The live version of this event includes a printed workbook handed out to each participant. For this online format, we will be emailing each guest a pdf version of the workbook instead, and recommend that you print it. By registering for this program, participants agree that they will not share, sell, or reproduce this workbook in any way. The workbook file and content are the copyrighted intellectual property of Blake D. Bauer. You will be asked to sign a release to this effect prior to receiving the zoom link for your program.

Preparing Yourself and Your Space

On Saturday & Sunday, during the first half of each day, you will be doing Qi Gong live online, which will entail some gentle stretching, breathing, and moving meditations.

It is advised to do the following:

  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Prepare enough space around your computer to bend, stretch, and move both your arms and your body without feeling restricted.
  • Have water, snacks, food, and any additional self-care supplies you might need on hand. Having this ready before the retreat will help you be more present and worry less about rushing around to find these things in the short breaks.
  • Don’t make other plans for Saturday and Sunday, so that you have space to digest the retreat both in the mornings and evenings.

Those that live with family or roommates, please be especially aware of the privacy recommendations below.

Technical Requirements & Zoom Expectations

This program will be hosted on the video conferencing platform Zoom. You will need a constant strong internet connection to attend. It is advised to participate from a desktop or laptop rather than a cell phone, as it will be challenging to fully engage on a small device.

Each guest is asked to attend the retreat with their video on. Visibility and connection are important to the retreat process and to the host.

Privacy Recommendations

This retreat will ask that you become intimate with deep thoughts, feelings, and sensitivities. A sense of privacy and safety will support you in going deep so that you do not feel self-conscious when having honest conversations with the retreat group.

You will get the most out of your retreat experience if you are able to create a safe and private space for yourself for the duration of the retreat.  If you are unable to locate in a truly private physical space, it’s encouraged to communicate to anyone you live with that you will need some time and space for yourself.

If you attend the program at home with other people in the house, it will be helpful to have a comfortable set of headphones.


This program will be recorded for use by the presenter only, and recordings will not be shared with participants. Participant images, voices, or identifying information will not be used or distributed in any way.
