ONLINE • 5-Day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat
Janet Solyntjes and Jim Colosi
June 26–July 1, 2020
- $495.00 – Standard Tuition
- $295.00 – "Hard Times" Tuition
All of us have an innate capacity to experience well being, strength, and confidence, even in the face of stress, pain, or illness. In order to enhance that capacity, we introduce the power of mindfulness: the practice of meeting each moment with an open heart and mind. This 5-day retreat is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachings developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Your retreat will include mindfulness meditation practice and instructions, talks by senior teachers, movement exercises, and contemplative practices.
