ONLINE • Mindfulness Meditation Retreat: 5-Day or Weekend Intensive

Janet Solyntjes and Jim Colosi

June 26–July 1, 2020

or June 26–June 28, 2020

All of us have an innate capacity to experience well being, strength, and confidence, even in the face of stress, pain, or illness. In order to enhance that capacity, we introduce the power of mindfulness: the practice of meeting each moment with an open heart and mind. This retreat is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachings developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and can be taken as a weekend intensive or as a full, 5-day retreat. Your retreat will include mindfulness meditation practice and instructions, talks by senior teachers, movement exercises, and contemplative practices.
