Every great wisdom tradition teaches the value of love and compassion. But how do we practice this in our daily lives, especially in our intimate relationships? We will draw on the Buddhist teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and the “Imago” work created by Harville Hendrix, PhD, to develop our skills of deep listening and loving speech. In this educational and experiential online retreat, you will be guided through processes to help deepen your sense of connection and presence with your partner. You will gain an understanding of your core conflicts, and how to transform them into opportunities for healing and growth. If you wish to have greater intimacy and connection in your relationship, this promises to be a rewarding weekend.

Here is a glimpse of what we will explore during this retreat:

  • Effective communication using the “Imago Dialogue” and the “Beginning Anew” Process
  • Understand the Stages of Relationship, Attachment Patterns, Neuroscience of Relationships, and much more
  • Identify your “Core Issues” and how to resolve long-standing conflicts
  • Develop skills in Mindful Awareness and Intentional Relationship
  • Enhance/restore safety, connection, and passion in your relationship
  • Bring your mindfulness practice “off the cushion”, and into your relationship!

Please note: This retreat is for couples only, not individuals.
