ONLINE • Working with Anxiety and Fear in an Uncertain World
June 12–14, 2020
Tuition - 75/150/200
Join Andrew Holecek for this weekend-long, online home retreat.
The wisdom traditions of Buddhism and Shaiva Tantra have remarkably powerful tools to help us deal with groundless situations. Augmented with contributions from psychology and the mind sciences, this program will offer a host of “emergency meditations” and teachings specifically designed to help us cope with isolation, loneliness, and dread. With these skillful means, we can transform obstacles into opportunities, and use events like the coronavirus pandemic to actually accelerate our psychological and spiritual development. These transformative methods also help us work with others, instilling the confidence, kindness, and compassion that give us the means and courage to support those in need during this challenging time.
There will time during the retreat for you to attend to the needs of daily life. After you register, we will send some tips for how to create a space of stillness in your home, to support your retreat experience.
