Resounding of the Profound Treasury of the Ocean of Dharma
Acharya Emeritus Judith Lief
January 11, 2014
- By Donation – $0.00 to $1,000.00
Between 1973 and 1986, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche conducted a series of annual study and practice intensives, called “Vajradhatu Seminaries,” presenting the heart teachings on the three stages of Tibetan Buddhism to his most senior students. With the publication of The Profound Treasury, these teachings have become publically available for the first time.
You are warmly invited to join Acharya Emeritus Judith Lief at the Great Stupa of Dharmakaya (the Stupa built in honor of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche) for the resounding, or recitation, of the final chapters of The Profound Treasury of the Ocean of Dharma. This program is open to all and includes group meditation practice, listening and reciting, and discussion.
Join us for just the day-long program or come a night early for a talk with Acharya Emeritus Judith Lief and enjoy a stay at Shambhala Mountain Center—the powerful land which embodies the brilliance, wildness, and beauty of the teachings of this extraordinary spiritual visionary.
Tuition: By donation, plus $10 if you wish to join us for lunch.
The program begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM.
