This program is being run by the School of Celtic Consciousness and held at Shambhala Mountain Center as a rental program. Join for a time of learning, chant, and spiritual practice rooted in the Celtic vision of John Philip Newell. This is the fifth annual gathering of the Colorado School of Celtic Consciousness at SMC. The School of Celtic Consciousness is a place to nurture a community of shared vision and spiritual practice for transformation in our lives and world. Teachings by John Philip Newell will focus on the central themes of Celtic Spirituality- the sacredness of the earth and the human soul. The theme for the second year curriculum is ‘The Song of the Sacred Earth’ (Eriugena, the Carmina Gadelica, and John Muir).

Scholarship Process
Step 1: Please visit Scholarship Application for information about scholarships through the School of Celtic Consciousness, and to apply.
Step 2: Please register by clicking “Register Now” above. For lodging, select Lodge Dorm. In the Comments, write, “applied/applying for Scholarship.” For Payment Options, please select “Personal Check” – this registers you and bypasses payment. When we hear from the School of Celtic Consciousness if you received a scholarship, we will contact you for your remaining balance.

For those flying into Denver, transportation will be available from Denver International Airport to SMC. Please check the travel assistance box during registration if you would like to hear about available options.
