Right Use of Power: The Heart of Ethics

Dr. Cedar Barstow

April 17–19, 2020

Tuition + 2 nights

Increase your power-wisdom.  Power is the ability to influence and be influenced by others.  Power is relational, and relationships can be complex. Through talks, discussions and interactive practices, you will create your unique power-profile, explore the special dynamics in relationships where there is a power difference, practice an effective five-step process for resolving issues and repairing torn connections, increase your skill giving and receiving feedback in nourishing and supportive ways, and gain more awareness of your impact on others.  You will be inspired and engaged and come away with immediately useful concepts and skills. Stand in your strength while staying in your heart.

Note: Participants will need a copy of The Right Use of Power: The Heart of Ethics–A Guide and Resource for Professional Relationships. You can purchase a copy ahead of time here, or upon arrival at the SMC gift store.
