Summer Meditation Retreat: Weekthün I with Acharya Allyn Lyon
Acharya Allyn Lyon
July 30–August 6, 2010
Deepen your connection to your practice and open your heart. Intensive practice provides a profoundly fresh view of our life—so precious in this increasingly hectic world. Designed for both newcomers and experienced students, this retreat can be attended as a whole or in weekly segments. It will include sitting and walking meditation, private interviews with a meditation instructor, and contemplative study of the four foundations of mindfulness. Meals will be taken in Zen oryoki style, and periods of silence will be observed.
For a deep immersion into the path of meditation and warriorship, we invite you to attend the entire monthlong dathün. You may also participate in one or more of our weeklong segments. Register below if you wish to attend just Week I.
