Werma Weekend Intensive with Joanne Martin Braun: Registration for $40 Per Night Rate

October 23–26, 2008

Tuition $ + 3 nights

As part of the Druk Sakyong’s terma The Scorpion Seal of the Golden Sun, The Roar of the Werma expresses the highest level of the Shambhala teachings. Practicing this sadhana is a direct means of joining with and understanding the mind of the Sakyongs. It is with the eyes of the Rigden that we can manifest our fullest expression of what it means to be a full human being–simply, directly and immediately.

During this weekend intensive we will focus both on the view and details of this magical practice. It is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the sadhana as well as draw upon the potency of practicing with other warriors. Both longtime and new practitioners of The Roar of the Werma are warmly welcomed to join us.

Joanne Martin Braun has been a student of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche since 1978 and is now a student of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. She is a longtime practitioner of the Werma Sadhana and has led a number of Werma retreats and classes. Since 1995, Joanne has been teaching Shambhala Buddhist principles and meditation programs at hospitals and businesses.

Register below if you wish to pay $40/night for best available housing to attend the program. To register and pay either full price or $70/night for best available housing return to the main program page. Your actual accommodations will be determined one week prior to program arrival.
