HEAL: A Restorative Retreat for Wise Women

Healing is a creative process with which we must actively engage. Yet, finding the space we need to heal in the world today can be nearly impossible. Whether you’re currently weathering a challenge or recovering from a past one, you’re welcome to bring your pain, grief, heartbreak, or anything that needs more attention and breathing room in your heart or life.

During this retreat, you’ll craft a custom-fit path that addresses all levels of yourself and your world—body, mind, soul, and relationship. Together, we’ll dive into the rich inner landscape of our souls, where true healing can happen. Through meditation, sacred silence, women’s yin & flow yoga, journaling, nature time, deep rest, and a supportive sisterhood, you’ll strengthen your connection to both your own loving presence and creative spark so that you can grow stronger, wiser, and more fully you as a result of your healing.

For women of all ages & levels of yoga and meditation experience. We’ll honor sacred silence during this retreat, so please come prepared to unplug for the weekend. Please bring your journal.

Program Details

Registration takes place from 2– 5 pm on your program start date. All participants and volunteer staff must check in at our Guest Registration house. Please arrive before 5 pm to check-in and settle into your accommodations. Your program begins with dinner, followed by an orientation. The Guest Registration house closes at 5 pm after which no one is available to provide information or orient you to your accommodations. All programs usually end at 12:30 pm on the program's departure date, followed by lunch. Further specifics regarding your program's schedule will be available upon arrival. If applicable, you will receive an email from the program coordinator in the week prior to your program with any additional information you may need.
