Creating a Beautiful Life: A Women’s Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Sara Avant Stover
June 5–7, 2020
Designing a life of beauty and meaning– one in which you can fully express your deepest truth– is the grandest creative project you’ll ever take on. And it’s worth it! One of the top five regrets of the dying is: “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself.”
During this silent weekend retreat, you’ll have the space, inner and outer quiet, inspiration, and guidance you need to refine and craft your life. Through yin and slow flow yoga, Buddhist meditation, time in nature, journaling, group practices, and periods of sacred silence, you’ll leave with a simplified, customized vision for your life.
All who identify as women, and all levels of yoga and meditation experience, are welcome. Please bring your journal and be prepared to unplug and observe sacred silence for the weekend.
