Share yoga practice, meditation, and your stories as women on “The Way” in this unique retreat. Our daily practice will include silent sitting meditation practice, flowing yoga classes, deeply relaxing restorative yoga sessions, and outdoor contemplative walking meditation. We will also build community and share our wisdom by creating an altar together and offering our “Way Seeking Mind” stories about our own way, the path of our individual unfolding. Previous yoga or meditation experience recommended.
