Women’s Winter Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Katharine Kaufman
January 23–27, 2008
Share yoga practice, meditation and your stories as women on “The Way” in this winter retreat. Our daily practice will include silent sitting meditation practice, flowing yoga classes, deeply relaxing restorative yoga sessions and contemplative walking meditation. We will also build community and share our wisdom by creating an altar together and offering our “Way Seeking Mind” stories about own way, the path of our individual unfolding. Because of the intimate nature of this retreat, space will be limited to 15 participants. Previous yoga or meditation experience recommended.
Childcare available upon request. Please email Liz Hogan: email@example.com.
This program will also be offered July 9 – 13.
