Simplicity retreats introduce participants to a flexible, simple way of enjoying the benefits of sitting meditation. They provide an opportunity to walk the eight miles of wilderness trails on Shambhala Mountain, visit the Great Stupa of Dharmakaya or the Kami shrine, and receive support and training in how to bring meditation and contemplation into everyday life. Ideal for beginners, this retreat is open to all.
