Acharya Arawana Hayashi

Acharya Arawana Hayashi is a dancer, choreographer and senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. Chair of the Shambhala Arts Council and faculty member of the Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership, she also offers Presence workshops nationwide with Otto Scharmer, who is the coauthor with Peter Senge of Presence: An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations and Society.
