Dennis Southward

Dennis Southward has been a student of Trungpa Rinpoche and then Mipham Rinpoche since 1972. He is a recognized founder of the Harmony Protectors, a practice which aspires to embody innate harmony and goodness while helping others to do the same. He has been involved in addiction recovery since the early 1980’s and has spent several years in AA. He has supported Heart of Recovery and helped its formation into a genuine recovery tool steeped in Shambhala wisdom.
