Kaira Jewel Lingo

Kaira Jewel Lingo began mindfulness practice in 1997. She is a Zen Dharma Teacher trained by Thich Nhat Hanh and was an ordained nun for 15 years. Kaira is in the current Spirit Rock Teacher Training Program. One of the books she edited is Planting Seeds: Practicing Mindfulness with Children. She teaches worldwide and enjoys interweaving art, play, ecology, and social justice.
