Lara Johnson is an accomplished runner who competed for Hastings College before going on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Masters in Health & Exercise Science from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston and Wake Forest University. Johnson is owner of Lara Johnson Health & Wellness, where she combines her extensive knowledge of neuro-muscular body mechanics with yoga and other modalities to foster inner and outer vitality. Lara’s approach to yoga is geared to gentle flows that develop pranayama breathing in the journey to deeper self-understanding. Lara has run the Boston Marathon three times and tailors her yoga to runners and walkers.
